Bhubaneswar, April 25 -- Odisha government on Saturday laid down a clear and structured timeline for the submission and evaluation of Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) for its employees, aiming to bring greater transparency, accountability, and efficiency into the assessment process.
According to the detailed guidelines issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department, all government employees are required to submit their self-appraisal reports online by May 31.
