Bhubaneswar, Sept. 21 -- A forest department employee was found hanging at the staff quarters of a Range Office in Bolangir on Sunday evening.

The deceased has been identified as Byasadev Sahu, who was working as a forester at the Thikadarpada Range in Bolangir.

According to reports, staff members discovered Sahu's body hanging from the railing of the staff quarters located behind the Range Office in the evening. Police were informed and soon reached the spot.

Police have initiated an investigation into the incident. However, the circumstances surrounding Sahu's death are yet to be established.
