Bhubaneswar, Sept. 30 -- The flood situation in Bhograi in Odisha's Balasore remains critical, with more than 30 villages under 10 gram panchayats still waterlogged. Roads in several panchayats, including Kachuadi, Siaruib, Kulida, Kusuda, Gabagaon, Nachinda and Putina, continue to remain submerged under around three feet of water.

Although water has started receding from riverside areas such as Kumbhiragadi and Aruhabarti, several roads and villages in low-lying areas remain inundated. Although the river water level is falling, floodwater still remains in several areas, causing continued hardship for residents.

Several homes continue to have knee-deep water inside, while water outside has reached waist level. With the situation persist...
