Bhubaneswar, Sept. 27 -- Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi conducted an aerial survey of flood-affected areas in Ganjam, Koraput and Nabarangpur districts on Sunday to assess the post-flood situation and damage.

As part of the visit, CM Majhi travelled from Bhubaneswar to Kalinga Ghati, which connects Ganjam and Kandhamal. He will review the situation in the affected areas through a helicopter survey.

According to reports, the Kalinga Ghati road has been closed indefinitely for safety reasons as huge rocks continue to lie on the route. Following two landslides, movement through the area has become dangerous.
