Bhubaneswar, July 7 -- The Odisha government has approved 24 new adventure tourism projects across the state as part of its push to expand the sector under stricter safety and regulatory standards. The approvals fall under the Odisha Adventure Tourism Guidelines, 2025, which aim to ensure safer and better-managed adventure tourism activities.

At its third meeting, the State Level Technical Committee (SLTC) examined 27 proposals related to land, water, and aero-based adventure tourism. After reviewing field inspection reports, recommendations from district-level committees, and applications submitted through the 'Go Adventure' portal, the Committee cleared 24 projects.
