OCA election takes a new turn as president Pankaj Lochan Mohanty backs polls
India, Sept. 17 -- A fresh twist has emerged in the Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) election dispute, with OCA president Pankaj Lochan Mohanty reportedly changing his stand and filing an affidavit before the Orissa High Court in favour of holding the elections.
In his affidavit, Mohanty has supported the conduct of the OCA elections in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). He has also stated that the elections should be conducted as per the applicable BCCI norms.
