Bhubaneswar, June 28 -- A minor, allegedly working as a catering staff member at a wedding feast, was attacked with a sharp weapon at Mandir Chhak under Remuna Police Station limits in Odisha's Balasore district on Sunday following a dispute over not serving mutton. The victim sustained serious neck injuries in the attack.

The injured minor was initially admitted to Fakir Mohan Medical College and Hospital and was later shifted to Cuttack for advanced treatment.
