Bhubaneswar, May 13 -- In a major development, a new express train service between Puri and Koraput is set to begin soon, providing a faster and more efficient mode of transport for passengers. The train, which has been approved by the Ministry of Railways, will significantly enhance rail connectivity in Odisha, particularly benefiting regions in the eastern, western, and southern parts of the state.

Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw for their support in facilitating this new service.
