Bhubaneswar, Aug. 2 -- With over 2.73 lakh medical aspirants set to appear for NEET-PG 2026 on August 30, the Centre has unveiled an extensive security and candidate support framework aimed at ensuring a fair, transparent and hassle-free examination, officials said on Saturday.

Union Health Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda reviewed the preparedness for the postgraduate medical entrance examination. He assessed the readiness of the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), technology partners and other agencies responsible for conducting the test.
