Naidu Commission file 'missing' case: Odisha Crime Branch records statements of 3 persons
India, Oct. 5 -- Odisha Crime Branch on Monday recorded statements of three persons who were issued notices in connection with the alleged disappearance of the Naidu Commission report file.
The Commission report had previously reached the Home Department, and the Crime Branch is now investigating how the 'file went missing from there' and is collecting information about its movement and the circumstances in which it disappeared.
The statements of the three persons, who received notices from the investigating agency, have been recorded as part of the ongoing probe.
The cops are examining the file's movement and attempting to establish where it was last available and what happened to it subsequently.
