Bhubaneswar, June 29 -- The demand for a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the murder of former Odisha Health Minister Naba Das has resurfaced once again.

Dipali Das, the former minister's daughter questioned the state government over the progress of the investigation and renewed the family's demand for a CBI inquiry.

According to reports, Dipali Das said the family wrote to the Chief Minister a year ago seeking a CBI inquiry into the high-profile murder case. However, she alleged that no action was taken and that the truth behind her father's killing is yet to emerge.
