Bhubaneswar, March 13 -- A motorcycle rider died after a car allegedly rammed into his bike near Patisahi Bridge on the Jaleswar-Chandaneswar main road under the Bhograi police station limits in Odisha's Balasore district on Thursday night.
The car was reportedly travelling towards West Bengal at the time of the accident. The impact caused the motorcycle to plunge nearly 30 feet off the bridge, leading to the rider's death on the spot. The deceased has been identified as Rajendra Jena, a resident of Dudapal village.
