Bhubaneswar, June 11 -- Monsoon likely to reach Odisha during Raja festival; heavy rain warning for several districts

Odisha is continuing to experience pre-monsoon rainfall. Regional Meteorological Department in Bhubaneswar forecasted that southwest monsoon is most likely to reach the state during the Raja festival.

Bhubaneswar met centre issued an orange warning for heavy rainfall accompanied by lightning and thunderstorm in Malkangiri, Koraput and Mayurbhanj for Thursday.

A yellow alert has also been issued for rest of the 27 districts.
