Bhubaneswar, March 13 -- The ongoing conflict in the Middle East has begun to affect households in Odisha, as a shortage of LPG cylinders has caused inconvenience in several parts of the state. Disruptions in gas supply linked to the conflict have reportedly led to an acute shortage, triggering public dissatisfaction.

From the state capital Bhubaneswar to the interior regions, a similar situation is being reported. Long queues of consumers have been seen outside gas distributors and agencies, with people waiting for hours to collect their LPG cylinders.
