Bhubaneswar, June 4 -- A massive fire broke out at an oil factory in Sahandihi under Ulunda in Odisha's Sonepur district on Thursday morning.

The incident was reported at the factory premises, where flames were seen engulfing the unit. Fire and emergency service personnel were engaged in dousing the blaze and preventing it from spreading further at the time of reporting.

As per reports, the exact cause of the fire remains unclear. Authorities have not yet ascertained what triggered the blaze at the oil factory.

No damage to the factory has been reported so far. Officials are continuing to monitor the situation as firefighting operations progress.
