Bhubaneswar, Sept. 3 -- A massive fire broke out at a dairy factory in the Jagatpur Industrial Area of Cuttack district in Odisha on Thursday morning. Thick smoke was seen coming out of the company premises, with the incident raising fears of a major fire.

According to reports, the fire broke out inside the dairy factory for reasons that are yet to be confirmed. The source of the fire and the circumstances that led to the incident were not immediately clear.

Soon after the fire was reported, two fire service teams reached the spot and started efforts to bring the flames under control. Firefighters were reportedly engaged in the operation as smoke continued to billow from inside the factory.
