Bhubaneswar, June 23 -- A man lost his life after a hyva truck collided with a car on Trisulia bridge in Odisha's Cuttack on Tuesday morning.

As per reports, the hyva truck driver fled the spot following the collision.

The impact of the collision was so severe that the car driver was declared dead at the scene.

The identity of the deceased driver was not ascertained at the time of reporting.

After receiving information, Baranga Police reached the spot and seized the hyva truck involved in the accident.
