Bhubaneswar, Feb. 22 -- Odisha may witness a change in weather conditions as a cyclonic circulation over the Indian Ocean and the adjoining south-east Bay of Bengal is likely to intensify into a low-pressure area on Sunday.

Under its influence, rainfall activity is predicted across the state for two days beginning Monday, according to the Regional Meteorological Department in Bhubaneswar.

The cyclonic circulation, currently active over the Indian Ocean and adjoining south-east Bay of Bengal, is expected to concentrate into a low-pressure area on Sunday.

After its formation, the system is likely to move in a west-northwest direction.
