Bhubaneswar, July 1 -- A married woman from the Koida block in Odisha's Sundargarh district, levelled serious allegations against a postman of forcing her into a physical relationship at gunpoint. The woman has also alleged financial deception, and blackmail under the false pretext of marriage.

The incident has been reported against Ramakanta Nayak, a postman currently posted at the Tensa Post Office.

According to the complainant, Nayak initiated contact after obtaining her telephone number through a mutual relative and gradually forced his presence into her life despite her resistance.
