Bhubaneswar, March 14 -- A prisoner serving life imprisonment for allegedly murdering his wife was found dead under suspicious circumstances inside a jail in Odisha's Bolangir district on Saturday. The deceased, Bhismadev Sahu alias Gopal from Kushang village under Bolangir Sadar police station, had been lodged in jail since 2021. His body was discovered hanging inside the jail premises, raising serious questions about the circumstances surrounding his death.
