Bhubaneswar, June 6 -- Two persons sustained serious injuries after being allegedly attacked with knives in Bhubaneswar's Laxmisagar area late on Friday night.

The injured have been identified as Badal Ojha and Alok Ojha. Both were initially provided medical assistance before being shifted to a private hospital as their condition reportedly turned critical.

According to reports, a group of youths from Haldipadia Basti allegedly arrived at the spot on motorcycles and attacked the two men with knives.

As per preliminary investigation conducted by the police, it is suspected that the incident is likely linked to previous enmity. The attack reportedly took place late at night.
