Bhubaneswar, March 30 -- A kite was once again seen perched atop the Neelachakra of the Srimandir in Puri on Monday morning, drawing attention from devotees and temple servitors.
According to sources, the bird sat on the Patitapabana Bana staff fixed above the Neelachakra for around 15-20 minutes before flying away. The incident occurred during the morning hours and was witnessed by several people present near the temple premises.
