India, Oct. 6 -- Online registration for the free Habishyali scheme has started in Odisha from today. Women eligible to observe the Kartika Brata can apply through the official e-District portal at edistrict.odisha.gov.in.

The online registration will continue until the prescribed number of beneficiaries is reached. Only registrations submitted through the online process will be considered for the Habishyali scheme.

Who Can Apply For Scheme Widowed women up to 70 years of age and married women between 50 and 70 years can apply for the scheme. Eligible women will have to complete the registration process online to be considered for the arrangements made under the programme.
