Bhubaneswar, July 11 -- The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast widespread rainfall activity across Odisha over the next seven days. Heavy rainfall is also likely in several districts and yellow warnings have been issued for thunderstorms, lightning and gusty surface winds.

According to the latest weather bulletin, light to moderate rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places across all districts till July 13, while rainfall activity is expected to become more widespread from July 13 onwards, with rain likely at many places across the state.
