Bhubaneswar, May 24 -- A truck and a bus collided head-on on the Huma overbridge along NH-16 under Rambha police station limits in Odisha's Ganjam district early on Sunday morning.

Despite the impact of the collision, all passengers on board the bus escaped safely, according to reports.

Officials said there were around five to six passengers travelling in the bus at the time of the accident. As the bus was carrying only a few passengers during the morning hours, no injuries or casualties were reported in the incident. However, the front portion of the truck was severely damaged and completely crushed in the collision.
