Bhubaneswar, May 3 -- In a concerning incident, a theft was reported on Sunday at the government residence of senior IAS officer Bishnupada Sethi, located in Forest Park area of Bhubaneswar.

According to sources, unidentified miscreants allegedly entered the premises by scaling the boundary wall of the official residence. The incident came to light after valuables, including gold ornaments and cash, were found missing from the house.

Following the incident, the IAS officer lodged a formal complaint at the Capital Police Station. Based on the complaint, police have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the alleged theft incident.
