Bhubaneswar, May 13 -- In a troubling turn of events, fuel shortages have now reached Odisha's capital city, Bhubaneswar. The Bharat Petroleum petrol pump stationed at Kalpana Square remained closed on Wednesday due to an unexpected shortage of fuel, causing significant distress among commuters.

Several residents of Bhubaneswar were left stranded when they visited the petrol pump, only to find a "No Diesel" signboard and a closed service station. One commuter shared his frustration saying, "I had come to fill petrol in my vehicle, but they told us to come back in the evening. I've returned twice, but the petrol services are still shut, including diesel."
