Bhubaneswar, May 27 -- Hard work, determination, and an unwavering dream to serve society have helped Bubun Sahu from Keonjhar district emerge as the topper in the Odisha Civil Services Examination 2024. Hailing from Tolankapada village in Anandapur, Bubun has secured Rank 1 in Odisha, bringing immense pride to his family and the entire district.
