Bhubaneswar, June 2 -- Fresh questions emerged in the alleged custodial torture case in Odisha's Ganjam district after details surfaced suggesting that deceased Sushant Sahu was not named in the FIR linked to the case for which he was allegedly detained.

The controversy relates to an alleged illegal blasting operation at a stone quarry near Subalaya village under Kabisuryanagar police limits. According to reports, a police team conducted a raid after receiving information about the activity and was allegedly attacked by some individuals during the operation.
