Bhubaneswar, Oct. 3 -- A 30-year-old man died following an alleged attack by his brother-in-law in Uliburu Sahi under Barbil police station limits in Odisha's Keonjhar. The deceased has been identified as Banamali Munda.

According to reports, Banamali allegedly used to assault his wife, Sukamati, on several occasions. On Friday evening, Sukamati's brother Ajay Taria and their mother Saraswati visited the couple's house to resolve the dispute.

Later at night, Ajay was reportedly trying to reason with Banamali when an argument broke out between the two. During the altercation, Ajay allegedly attacked his brother-in-law.

Banamali suffered a head injury in the incident, resulting in heavy bleeding. He subsequently died from his injuries. ...
