Bhubaneswar, July 2 -- A man impersonating a police constable was apprehended in front of the Angul Superintendent of Police (SP) office in Odisha after his suspicious behaviour drew the attention of the local police.

The accused, identified as Rabi Narayan from the Chhendipada area, was found wearing a constable uniform complete with a nameplate and badge, attempting to present himself as an on-duty police officer.

According to reports, the impersonator was moving around the SP office premises when officers from the Angul Town Police Station noticed his unusual mannerisms.
