Bhubaneswar, April 29 -- In a shocking incident in Bolangir district, the lifeless body of an engineer was discovered hanging at his residence in Gudvela village under Tusura Police Station on Wednesday. The deceased, Prabir Kumar Behera, was employed as an engineer at the Mega Irrigation Project in the region.
