Bhubaneswar, May 21 -- Just when it seemed Georgekutty had finally outsmarted fate, the past claws its way back into his life. In Drishyam 3, Mohanlal returns as the ever-calculating Georgekutty, a man who once buried a terrible truth to save his family and now finds himself dragged into another dangerous battle.

Years after the events of Drishyam and Drishyam 2, the family appears to have rebuilt their lives. Rani, played by Meena, finally dreams of renovating their home and living peacefully. Their elder daughter Anju has recovered from the trauma that once haunted her, while younger daughter Anu has grown into a bold and outspoken young woman eager to begin a life of her own.
