India, Oct. 5 -- Ajay Devgn's Vijay Salgaonkar has once again proved difficult to beat. Drishyam: The Conclusion has emerged as a major winner during a weekend packed with Hollywood competition. The film opened on October 2 alongside Tom Cruise's Digger, while Brad Pitt's Heart of the Beast entered its second weekend.

Despite the international star power, Drishyam 3 delivered a strong showing in India and overseas. The film collected Rs 176.50 crore net in India in its first three days. Its worldwide gross stood at Rs 272.80 crore, according to recent box-office reports.
