Bhubaneswar, April 25 -- The census process in Odisha is undergoing a significant transition with the shift from pen-and-paper methods to a fully digital system, as the first phase of the exercise gets underway in Jajpur district.
The digital census is being carried out through the HLO app, marking a move towards streamlined data collection. In Jajpur, census workers began visiting villages to collect household and residential data as part of the initial phase.
