Bhubaneswar, March 15 -- The accused in the sensational triple murder case in Odisha's Deogarh district died while undergoing treatment at VIMSAR, Burla, police sources said on Sunday.

The deceased accused has been identified as Ramesh Garia, a resident of Gariapali village under Kundheigola police limits in Deogarh district. He had allegedly consumed poison after killing three members of his family.

The victims were identified as his wife, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter.
