Bhubaneswar, May 8 -- A major cyber fraud investigation has reached Nilgiri in Balasore disitrict after allegations surfaced of bank accounts being hacked and lakhs of rupees siphoned off through an interstate cybercrime network.

A two-member team from the Delhi Cyber Police has arrived in Nilgiri on Friday and launched an extensive investigation into the case.

As part of the probe, two alleged masterminds have been detained at Nilgiri Police Station for questioning. The Delhi cyber team is continuing its investigation to uncover the full extent of the racket and identify other persons involved.
