Bhubaneswar, June 6 -- A small village in Odisha's Khordha district is in mourning after a man and his son lost their lives in separate but related incidents, only to be cremated together.

The tragedy unfolded in Kesapur village under Banpur police limits. As per reports, the 30-year-old son, who had been working outside the village, had returned home just two days before the fatal events. Upon his return, he learned of the debts and loans taken by his 70-year-old father.
