Bhubaneswar, Nov. 1 -- A devastating landslide has drastically altered the landscape of Gidipapalli village in Odisha's Ganjam district and has left behind widespread destruction. A massive flow of mud, water and rocks came rushing down from the hills in the darkness of the night, which engulfed the village within moments.

The disaster buried houses and belongings under layers of debris, leaving several families struggling to find their homes. While some have lost their houses completely, others are desperately searching for their missing family members.
