Bhubaneswar, May 18 -- In a tragic incident, a youth collapsed and died while playing cricket at a village playground in Odisha's Angul district on Sunday.

The deceased has been identified as Sabuja Balaya Pradhan, a resident of Badasada village under Pallahara block, who was working as a postal employee.

According to reports, Pradhan had attended a feast with friends earlier in the day before joining a cricket match at the village playground. While batting during the game, he suddenly complained of severe chest pain and collapsed, leaving fellow players and villagers in shock.
