Bhubaneswar, June 28 -- International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) faced fresh criticism after it organised an untimely Rath Yatra festival in Boston, United States, on Saturday. The event drew sharp reactions from researchers and devotees of Jagannath culture, who repeatedly accused the organisation of disregarding long-standing scriptural timelines and traditions associated with the annual festival.

The Boston event follows a series of similar celebrations held across different global cities outside the traditional calendar observed in Puri.
