India, Nov. 5 -- A complaint was lodged against Aska MLA Saroj Padhi on Wednesday by Ganjam District CDO Sameer Kumar Jena over allegations of misbehaviour, abusive language and threats during a discussion on flood relief distribution following Cyclone Arnab.

The incident reportedly took place around 7 pm on November 3, when the CDO and the MLA were discussing plans for distributing food and relief materials among people affected by the floods.

Jena was responsible for overseeing the relief work and was personally managing the distribution of food and other relief materials. According to the allegations, a disagreement arose over how the relief should be distributed.
