Bhubaneswar, June 2 -- In a significant administrative reshuffle at the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the Centre on Tuesday appointed senior IAS officer Lokhande Prashant Sitaram as the board's new Chairperson, replacing Rahul Singh. The move comes at a time when the CBSE's on-screen marking (OSM) system is facing growing scrutiny over alleged technical and procedural issues raised by students and parents.
