Bhubaneswar, May 17 -- Fuel shortage continued to affect normal life in Odisha's Sundargarh district, with petrol pumps in Bonai town reportedly running out of stock and customers facing long delays and restricted supply.

According to reports, all three fuel stations located in the main Bonai town remained shut due to unavailability of petrol and diesel, with locks seen hanging at the outlets.

At the few fuel stations where petrol was available, customers were reportedly being supplied fuel worth not more than Rs 500.

The shortage has caused inconvenience to commuters and transport workers, many of whom were seen moving from one petrol pump to another in search of fuel.
