Bhubaneswar, July 13 -- Fresh bomb threat emails sent to the district courts in Angul and Sambalpur on Monday triggered heightened security measures and large-scale search operations by police.

After receiving the threatening emails, authorities immediately evacuated both court premises as a precaution while security personnel began thorough inspections.

Senior police officers rushed to the Angul District Court after an email claimed that explosives had been planted and threatened to blow up the court complex. Bomb disposal experts and dog squads were deployed to conduct detailed searches across the premises.
