Bolangir kidnapping case takes new turn; woman cop's alleged role under scanner
Bhubaneswar, Aug. 17 -- The kidnapping case involving Bolangir businessman Narendra Sahu in Odisha has taken a new turn, with the alleged involvement of a woman police personnel now coming under the scanner. Preliminary investigation has pointed to a money transaction and a 'Hanuman coin' angle behind the abduction, while the victim has denied having any deal over the coin.
Narendra has also said he does not know accused Kshitish Chandra Sahu. He alleged that nine people kidnapped him and assaulted him before he was rescued by police. Kshitish has been arrested and is being treated as the alleged mastermind in the case.
