Bhubaneswar, Aug. 17 -- In a significant development, senior leader and Kendrapara MP Baijayant Panda has been reappointed as the BJP's National Vice-President and will retain the position in the new team led by party president Nitin Nabin.

A total of 13 leaders have been appointed as National Vice-Presidents. Panda, who was elected as an MP from Kendrapara, has also successfully served as the party's election in-charge for Assam and Delhi.

The BJP on Monday announced its new national organisational team, with party President Nitin Nabin unveiling the list of office-bearers. The reshuffle brings several key faces into important organisational roles while retaining some experienced leaders in their existing positions.
