Bhubaneswar, July 4 -- The Odisha government has finalised a high-level transport and security framework to facilitate the safe and smooth movement of millions of devotees for the upcoming Rath Yatra.

Reviewing the preparations, Commerce and Transport Minister Bibhuti Bhushan Jena said that ensuring hassle-free travel for pilgrims arriving from across Odisha and outside the state should remain the topmost priority of the administration. He further wanted officials to know that even the slightest negligence in service will not be tolerated.
