Bhubaneswar, April 24 -- In a significant infrastructure boost for Odisha, H.G. Infra Engineering formalised the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, H.G. Gobindpur Tangi Highway Private Limited. 

According to Construction World, following the receipt of the incorporation certificate on April 18, 2026, the company will execute a highway contract valued at Rs 1,582.11 crore.

The project involves the development of a 40.33 km, six-lane access-controlled highway, identified as Package-III of the Capital Region Ring Road. Stretching from Gobindpur on NH-55 to Tangi near the Bandola Toll Plaza on NH-16, the assignment will be carried out under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).
