Bhubaneswar, April 14 -- In a major push to expand employment avenues and strengthen digital job matching, the Ministry of Labour and Employment has partnered with logistics platform Porter and recruitment technology firm Gigin Technologies. The collaborations aim to enhance the reach and effectiveness of the National Career Service (NCS) portal, positioning it as a comprehensive platform connecting job seekers with skill-based opportunities.
